Urban R. Romero Jr.

On Monday, January 10th, 2022, Urban R. Romero Jr; loving husband, father, grandfather, and proud Vietnam veteran passed away at the age of 80.

Urban was born on July 14th, 1941 in Talpa. He served his country with great pride (2 years in Vietnam for the US Army and 4 years with the US National Guard).

Urban was welcomed with love into heaven by his daughter, Dina; his son, Urban III; his mother and father – Urban and Emily; his sisters, Becky, and Ruthie; his father and mother-in-law – Meregildo and Grace Martinez; as well as his sister-in-law, Geri.

He will be lovingly remembered by his wife, Virginia and his daughter, Laurie; his eight grandchildren – Jasmine (Alex), Juliette (Randy), Jenna (the light of his life), Emily, Alexis, Nathaniel, Nicholas, and Mason; his great granddaughter, Chloe (the apple of his eye); his sisters – Rosie (Gilbert) and Binnie (Art), as well as many other loving family members and treasured friends.

Memorial Service will be on Friday February 11th, 2022 at 10am at the Good News Fellowship Church with burial to follow at 2pm at the Angel Fire Veterans Cemetery.
