Raeborn Eric Croft Jr

Raeborn Eric Croft, Jr. age 65, a resident of Ranchos de Taos, originally from St. Augustine, Florida, passed away unexpectedly in La Serna Mountain on May 8, 2023.  He left home on May 7, 2023 to go turkey hunting and never returned.  He was missing for 8 days and located May 15, 2023 and pronounced deceased.

Eric was a song writer, film score composer, producer and talented musician.  He was a business owner/contractor, and an ordained minister.  He served in the United States Air Force for 4 years as a military police officer and K-9 handler.  He also worked at Fort Burgwin – Southern Methodist University -Taos Campus, doing landscaping/maintenance.  

Eric was a believer in Jesus Christ; he was forgiven, reconciled and is at peace.  His hope always was that Jesus would come quickly.

He is survived by Diana McMains (his querida); children Ashley, Zeana, Aria Ames Clark and Zachary Luigs; siblings Danni Croft Glen, Kelly Croft, Lisa Croft Weide, Gavin and Houston Croft; and stepmother Carolyn Croft.

Eric was preceded in death by his father Raeborn Erick Croft, Sr. and mother Maryjane Annie Biddle; brother Brett Croft.
