Parthenope Tina Monroe

Parthenope Tina Monroe, 48, a resident of Taos, passed away peacefully on August 14, 2020. She was preceded in death by her parents, Leonard and Lillian Monroe; grandparents, Phillip and Mary Monroe and Henry and Suzie Gomez; uncles, Anthony, Daniel, Mark, Emerson, and Henry Jr. Gomez, Huskey Curley and aunt Virginia Johnson; cousins, Mark Gomez, Tiona Gomez, Matthew N. Lujan, Harrison Curley, Mark Curley, and Wally Jr. Johnson. She is survived by her sisters, Leatrice Gomez and Leonarda Monroe; nieces, Jasmyne Rhodes and Shanti Monroe; aunts, Henrietta Gomez, Susan Concha, Yvonne Gomez, Rosemary Curley and Carrie Chee; uncles, Jasper Gomez, Francis Gomez, and Albert Monroe. Along with many other loving cousins, relatives and friends.

Viewing followed by a Memorial Service will be held on Saturday August 22, 2020 in the Evergreen Chapel of DeVargas Funeral Home of Taos from 2-3pm. Due to COVID restrictions only 50 people will be allowed to attend, and facemasks are required.
