Nick Cardenas

Nick Cardenas 78, a resident of Taos, passed away unexpectedly September 25, 2022.

He was preceded in death by his parents Felix and Maria Cardenas, and sister Martha Cardenas.

Nick proudly served his country in the United States Army, he also worked for the Labor Union in Denver, Colorado.  Nick was a devoted Denver Broncos fan.

He is survived by his wife of 55 years Gloria Cardenas; children Andy Cardenas (Grace), Melvin Cardenas and Annette Cordova (Gene); grandchildren Monique Cordova, John Paul Cordova, and Andrew Cardenas; siblings Ramon Cardenas (Rose), Ricky Cardenas (Julia), Danny Cardenas and Betty Cox; aunt Irene Torres (Fermin) and many loving nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

Interment will take place on Thursday October 13, 2022 at 1:30pm at the Santa Fe National Cemetery.
