We lived right across the street from Fred Baca Park. This is where I was born and our family lived. Monte's beautiful smile and heart won over the hearts of countless people. He earned a 4.0 GPA at TVI Vocational School for Diesel Mechanics in Albuquerque. He was a mathematical genius. Monte was the best fisherman out of all of us. He was great at so many things. He was our teacher, our friend, and he was our brother. In memory and in spirit, his life shall continue to be shared as a testimony of love, strength, wisdom, and courage. He is helping us to become better people. May our souls always meet my brother. We love you Monte. Awsumuya. We shall see you again.
