Mike Baca

Mike “Mikey” Baca age 32, a resident of Taos, passed away unexpectedly on May 28, 2022.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents Leonides Baca and Becky Baca, and Leroy and Rosalie Chacon.

Mike is survived by his children Mikey and Leah Baca; his love Marianna Gurule; father Mike Baca, Sr. and his mother Pam Baca; sisters Rebecca and Raeann Baca; his nephew Daniel Baca; many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

Mike was an amazing man with a heart of gold, who would do anything for his loved ones.  His world revolved around his two small children.  Mike loved racing his “Monte” and riding Harley’s with his dad.  He was known for his dry sense of humor and was a die-hard Dallas Cowboys fan.  For many years he was employed at O’Reilly’s and made many friendships there, currently he was employed by Walmart.  Mike was loved by many and will be greatly missed.

Memorial service will be held on Friday June 10, 2022 at 2pm at the St. James Episcopal Church.
