Marcella Rael

Marcella Rael age 60 of Arroyo Hondo, NM passed away in Albuquerque from a recent illness on January 19, 2024. 

She is preceded in death by her mother Theresa Rael; siblings Francine Rael-Van Court, and Fernando Rael. 

Marcella loved to sing and dance, spend time with her nieces and nephews, and loved taking pictures at family gatherings. During her treatments the medical staff treated her like a celebrity which gave her great joy. She will be dearly missed. 

She is survived by her father Philip (Jess) Rael; siblings Rolando Rael (Olivia), Cynthia Rodriguez, Melissa Kingery (Daniel), Cristella Duarte (Alfonso), and numerous nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends. 

Rosary will be recited February 1, 2024 at 6:00 pm and Funeral Mass Friday February 2, 2024 at 10:00 am at Holy Trinity Parish in Arroyo Seco. Interment to follow at the Rael Cemetery in Arroyo Hondo.
