Lillian M. Miera

Lillian M. Miera 76, a resident of Taos, passed away peacefully at home, surrounded by her loving family, August 4, 2023.

She was preceded in death by her parents Felix, Sr. & Delia Miera; sisters Irma Miera, Gloria Miera, Christine Miera and brother Carlos Miera; niece Renetta Miera; paternal grandparents Eliseo & Lupita Miera; and maternal grandparents Narciso & Juanita Montoya.

Lillian was employed by Taos Municipal Schools where she retired from.  She was a kind, loving woman, who adored her family.  Lillian will be dearly missed.

She is survived by her daughter Rafaelita Miera; brother Phillip Miera (Loretta), niece Gina Miera; special grand-nieces Ciara Lewis, and Nevaeh Lewis, special grand-nephew Dominic Miera; nephew Francisco Baca (Alexa); grand-nieces April & Katalyna and many loving relatives and friends.

Rosary will be recited on Saturday, August 19, 2023 at 8:30am followed by the Funeral Mass at 10:00am at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church, burial will follow at the Miera Cemetery.
