Larry F. Gutierrez

Larry F. Gutierrez, 72, a resident of Ranchos De Taos, passed away peacefully after a long battle with cancer. He is preceded in death by his parents, Adolfo and Bernice Gutierrez; grandson, Thomas Gutierrez Jr; brother Anthony Gutierrez and grandmother Teresina Gutierrez. Larry was a retired diesel mechanic at the Questa Moly Mine and loved to spend time outdoors fishing and hunting. He will be missed by all who knew him. Larry is survived by his son, Thomas Gutierrez; daughter in law Marian; granddaughters, Karyssa and Arianna Gutierrez; sister, Rosella Rodriguez (Juan); niece, Beverly Rodriguez; mother of his son, Gloria Velasquez; as well as by many loving aunts, uncles, cousins, and other relatives and friends.

Rosary will be recited on Thursday, November 7, 2019 at 6:00PM at the St. Francis de Asis Catholic Church.  Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday, November 8, 2019 at 10:00AM at St. Francis de Asis Catholic Church, with burial to follow at the Los Cordovas Cemetery.  The family of Larry Gutierrez has entrusted the care of their loved one to DeVargas Funeral Home of Taos. 575-300-5288 www.devargastaos.com
