Joe L. Mondragon

Joe L. Mondragon a resident of Taos, passed away peacefully at his residence on June 23, 2022.  He was preceded in death by his parents, Jose D. and Martha Mondragon and sister Dolores Martinez. Joe L. Mondragon was a retired teacher and principal who received his teaching degree from Highlands University and a master’s degree from Adams State University. Joe is survived by his brother, Rudy, his partner and friend Lorenza, daughters, Deborah and Anissa, his grandchildren who he was very close to, Aristotle and Olivia, plus several nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Special thank you to Taos County EMS David and Erica for all their help.

Rosary will be recited on Saturday July 2, 2022 at 9:00am followed by the Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00am at San Francisco de Asís Catholic church, burial will follow at the Old Llano Quemado cemetery.
