James “Jimbo” Mondragon age 66, a resident of Llano Quemado, passed away unexpectedly on October 17, 2021.
He was preceded in death by his parents Fernando & Esther Mondragon; siblings Earl Mondragon, Danny Mondragon, Geri Mascarenas, Scott Mondragon; grandson Santiago Mondragon; and great-nephew Eli Mondragon.
James is survived by his sons James Mondragon (Amy), Carlos Mondragon (Victoria), Jesus Mondragon (Monique), Che Mondragon (Francine) and Earl Mondragon; stepchildren Christy Loretto (Lyle), Julie Daw (Brandon), Monique Martinez (Jonah), Joshua Loretto (Jennifer); soulmate Judi Cantu; grandchildren Seantel Harrington, Lorenzo Mondragon, Alejandro Mondragon, Heaven Mondragon, Alyzeah Mondragon, Jazmine Mondragon, Lisana Mondragon, Amari Mondragon, Julian Mondragon, Josiah Mondragon; 7 step grandchildren; brother Eric Mondragon (Kandy), aunts Kathy Brito and Lucy Romero; plus many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
Rosary will be recited on Saturday November 6, 2021 at 9:00am, funeral mass will follow at 10:00am at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church, burial will follow at the Old Llano Quemado Cemetery.
