Gilbert A. Mondragon

Gilbert Mondragon age 87, a resident of Talpa, passed away peacefully July 18, 2023.

He was preceded in death by his wife Bella Mondragon; daughter Louella Mondragon; parents Onofre and Josefita Mondragon; siblings Pat Mondragon, Soveida Mondragon, Emelina Valerio, and Leroy Mondragon.

Gilbert was employed by and retired from the United States Forest Service.  He loved to spend time in the outdoors and loved to fish.  He will be dearly missed.

He is survived by his daughter Monique Mondragon; granddaughter Miranda Archuleta (Margarito Trujillo); siblings Cecilia Archuleta and Elmer Mondragon (Nobella), his loving pets and many loving nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

Rosary will be recited on Tuesday, August 1, 2023 at 9:00am, Funeral Mass will follow at 10:00am, at San Francisco de Asis Catholic Church. Burial will follow at the Talpa Cemetery.
