Fidel Molina Romero

Fidel Molina Romero, 88, a resident of Penasco NM, passed away peacefully on August 9, 2024. He is preceded in death by his parents, Epimenio and Odelia Romero and siblings, Rose, Eddie, Adelino, and Eppie. 

He was employed by the Albuquerque Public Schools for 20 years. After his retirement, him and his wife ran a game booth at fiestas, which they did for many years.  Fidel was a member of Holy Family Catholic Church.  He loved working on his old vehicles and always making time to exercise. Later in his life, he enjoyed living in Penasco, and loved to watch his TV shows Bonanza, Rifleman, and Gunsmoke. 

He is survived by his wife, Eloyda Romero, his lovely daughters, Sandra Archibeque (Archie), Nanette Lovato (Alex), and Charlene Visarraga (Norman), his grandchildren, Victoria Visarraga (Jett), Michael Visarraga (Anjanette), Amanda Martinez (Marc), and his great- grandchildren, Mason Alarid and Avelino Martinez. 

Rosary will be recited on Friday, August 23, 2024 at 11:00am, followed by the Funeral Mass at 12:00pm at San Antonio de Padua Catholic church in Penasco.
