Darla Trujillo

Darla Trujillo 62, a resident of Taos, passed away peacefully August 29, 2022.

She was preceded in death by her father Wilfred Trujillo; and husband Emerson Gomez.

Darla was a very energetic woman, who loved listening to music, was kind, hardworking, educated, and enjoyed taking rides in the mountains.  She loved to sing all music genres and was always there for her family.

She is survived by her sons Ryan Gomez and River Trujillo; mother Betty Trujillo; brother Julian Trujillo; best friends Sophie DeArguello, Tobie Chavez, Cecilia Gallegos, Linda Mattison, Nancy McDonald, plus a big community of cherished friends and relatives.

Memorial Service will be held on Saturday September 17, 2022 at 12pm in the Evergreen Chapel of DeVargas Funeral Home.
