Christopher G. Rodarte

Christopher G. Rodarte age 59, a resident of Chamisal passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family on February 6, 2021.

He was preceded in death by his brothers Oliver R. Rodarte, and Jose (Joey) Rodarte; grandparents Diego and Matilda Lovato; and Trinidad and Elizita Martinez; Floyd and Eliza Rodarte; aunt Felicita Romero; and many other family members.

Christopher is survived by his parents Joseph Oliver and Elsie Rodarte; son Christopher Rodarte; siblings Julie Ewing and husband Dave of Missouri, Gail Marez and husband Carl of Chamisal, Elmer Enos Rodarte and wife Vienna of Grants, NM; plus many other loving aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins,  relatives and friends.

Public visitation will be held on Wednesday February 17, 2021 from 4-5pm in the Evergreen Chapel of DeVargas Funeral Home of Taos. Mass of Christian burial will be on Thursday February 18, 2021 at 11am at the San Antonio de Padua Catholic Church in Penasco, with burial to follow at the Lower Chamisal Cemetery. Due to COVID 19 restrictions limited seating will be available.
