Bernd (Bernie) Neumann

Bernd (Bernie) Neumann, 77, a resident of Pilar, passed away peacefully in the arms of his wife Georgia on October 16, 2020.  He was preceded in death by his parents, Kurt and Margarete Neumann.  Bernd owned and operated a business with his wife in the Taos Plaza for many years, He loved and adored his family dearly and will be missed by all who knew him.  He really loved where he lived, overlooking the Rio Grande River in Pilar.  He also enjoyed spending time outdoors, skiing, and walking his dog Rusty. Bernd is survived by his loving wife Georgia Neumann; daughter, Donja MacAllister; and grandchildren, Lauren and Ian MacAllister; plus many other loving relatives and cherished friends.  A Celebration of Bernd’s life will be held at a later date.
