Alice Q. Lopez

Alice Q. Lopez “Bonita” age 69, a resident of Arroyo Seco, passed away unexpectedly July 21, 2023.

She was preceded in death by her husband Amado Lopez; parents Pablo & Rose Quintana; siblings Cindy and Mark Quintana.

Alice was a kind and loving woman, who loved her family dearly.  She took pride in tending to her beautiful flowers. Alice will be greatly missed.

She is survived by her children Louri Manchester-Jones (Jason), Rose Rodriguez (Estevan Gonzales), Melody Archuleta and Pablo Quintana, Jr.; grandchildren Yuri Manchester-Jones, Erin Manchester-Jones, Jamie Manchester-Jones, Amari Manchester-Jones, Alfonso Rodriguez, Carlos Rodriguez, Julian Cordova, Alma Lopez, and Marissa Lopez; great-grandchild Jocelyn Archuleta; siblings Edna Pena (Art), Meliton Quintana (Vickie), Felix Quintana (Elsie), Nancy Quintana, Connie Garcia (Rey), Pablo Quintana, Annette Salazar (Nathan), Arnold Quintana (Patricia); best friends Ida Silva, Shirley Lopez, Randy Pacheco, Francis Felix and many loving nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.

Rosary will be recited Sunday, July 30, 2023 at 6pm in the Evergreen Chapel of DeVargas Funeral Home of Taos.  Mass of Christian burial will be held Monday, July 31, 2023 at 10am at Holy Trinity Catholic Church in Arroyo Seco, burial will follow at the Arroyo Seco Cemetery.
