Alfredo M. Romero

Alfredo M. Romero, 85, a resident of Canon passed away peacefully at home surrounded by his loving family on Saturday May 2, 2020.  He was preceded in death by his parents, Amadeo and Sara Romero and brothers, Joe and Leroy Romero.  Alfredo served his country in the U.S. Army. He was a self-taught craftsman in which he loved to do woodworking and construction. He was known for his electronic technician skills that both him and his son shared. When not doing his work, Alfredo was either fishing or spending time in the mountains. But most importantly he loved spending time with his family.  He is survived by his wife of 63 years Erlinda Romero; children, Alfredo Romero (Cathy), Lorraine S. Romero (Robert), Abel Romero, and Darlene Armijo (Isaac); grandchildren, Alfredo Romero Jr., Carlos Romero (Bernadette), Diego Martinez, Isaac Armijo; great grandchildren, Roman Romero and Liam Martinez; sister, Alice Maestas; along with many nieces, nephews, loving relatives and cherished friends. Due to the current situation we are going through, please keep Alfredo's entire family in your thoughts and prayers.
